Registering For An Existing Reserved Trip?
Interested in going on a reserved trip?
These trips are great for corporations and other private groups. Check out the information below to create your own reserved trip!
All reserved trips must be reserved at least 4 months in advance. Before your trip is scheduled, follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] to inquire about dates and see which locations are available during that time.
- Pay the $3,000 reserved trip premium fee. This payment is required before reserving a trip and cannot be refunded or applied towards trip fees.
- We will add your trip to the calendar and send you a link you can distribute to your group for registration.
All trip participants must be registered and pay their trip fee in full at least 3 months before the trip.
What Does A Reserved Trip Look Like?
Here is a basic itinerary that can be adjusted for your group:
- Group breakfast in the morning
- Construction projects after breakfast
- Lunch at the children’s home or close by
- Activity with the children or in the area
- Dinner at home or close by
- Fireside to review the day and plan for tomorrow
We support your trip by providing:
- A trip host and construction supervisor
- Communication with the home directors
- An itinerary and point of contact
- Pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities
